Who we are

The people who design the program, hold the space, and walk it with you.

Facilitators, guides and wellbeing practitioners. Evidence-informed, outdoors by conviction, and genuinely glad you came.

Tracey Wright
Founder & Lead Facilitator

I built Impact Adventures because I kept watching the same thing happen on trail — people who spent their working lives performing their role would, somewhere around day two, stop. And in that space, something more honest and more useful would begin.

I have a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Nutrition. Alongside that I have spent more than a decade running Take Shape Adventures, designing and leading experiences for people in terrain that demands presence. I know what it looks like when a person finally stops managing their image and starts doing the actual work.

“I didn’t build this to run nice days outdoors. I built it because I’ve seen what happens when the right conditions meet the right facilitation — and I know how rarely that happens in a boardroom.”
Susan Delroi
Strategic Facilitator

I have sat in the rooms that you are trying to navigate. As former CEO of HealthShare Victoria, I understand the weight of leading large, complex organisations through change, pressure, and moments that don’t have easy answers.

I work with the strategic layer. I am the person in the room when the conversation moves from team dynamics to organisational direction. When what’s needed isn’t just connection but clarity about where the organisation is going and what leadership needs to look like to get there.

I am also a CPA-qualified executive coach, so I bring financial and commercial literacy to conversations about leadership that most facilitators simply don’t have.

“The leaders I respect most are the ones who are willing to be wrong in the room. That willingness — more than any skill or framework — is what makes a team safe enough to do real work together.”
Brett Infanti
Director of Experience & Events

I have spent years leading people through outdoor environments that demand real decision-making — coastal trails, river systems, remote bush. I understand, practically and precisely, how to hold a group through challenge without letting it tip into something unmanageable.

I design the challenge architecture — the sequence of physical and environmental experiences that creates the conditions for the real work to happen.

“The terrain does a lot of the work. My job is to choose the right terrain for the right group, and to make sure what happens out there doesn’t stay out there.”
Adrian Infanti
Program Designer & Guide

I have guided groups through kayaking expeditions, multi-day walks, and challenge events across Victoria and beyond. The outdoors is our greatest teacher and I always ask myself — what does this group need to experience, and what setting will create those conditions most honestly.

“People surprise themselves out here. That’s the part I never get tired of watching.”

Before we design anything, we talk — not to sell you a program, but to understand your team’s specific situation.
