I built Impact Adventures because I kept watching the same thing happen on trail — people who spent their working lives performing their role would, somewhere around day two, stop. And in that space, something more honest and more useful would begin.
I have a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Nutrition. Alongside that I have spent more than a decade running Take Shape Adventures, designing and leading experiences for people in terrain that demands presence. I know what it looks like when a person finally stops managing their image and starts doing the actual work.
“I didn’t build this to run nice days outdoors. I built it because I’ve seen what happens when the right conditions meet the right facilitation — and I know how rarely that happens in a boardroom.”
