You built something real. A business that employs people, pays its way, and carries your name into the world. And somewhere along the way, you became its load-bearing wall. I work one to one with a small number of founders and chief executives who are ready to lead from capacity.

Who do I talk to, when everyone I talk to works for me?
The executive team needs you certain. Doubt at the top travels fast, and they have mortgages riding on your steadiness.
The board wants confidence, a plan, and numbers that hold. It is not the place to think out loud about whether you can keep doing this.
The family has heard it all before, and they love you too much to be objective. So the real doubts go somewhere quieter: they live in your head at two in the morning.
I dismissed coaching too. Then I became the person who needed it and could not find it.
I built a seven-figure adventure and leadership company from nothing. I made payroll in months when I did not know how I would. I carried the business through COVID, when the whole model depended on people being allowed to gather outdoors. I hired the wrong people, priced the work wrong, and rebuilt more than once.
Then an injury stopped me walking for months, right as the world shut down. Sitting still for the first time in years, I finally saw the thing I had been outrunning.
Control is not safety. Capacity is safety.
So I went back to university: a Master of Applied Positive Psychology and Wellbeing Science at the University of Melbourne, alongside a Master of Nutrition, and published-standard research on how people actually grow through structured challenge.
You get both at once: a founder who has carried what you carry, and a researcher who can tell you what the evidence actually says.
Most founders build a career on endurance. It works, right up until the thing that got you here becomes the thing holding you back. At some point, how much you can absorb stops being the advantage, and how fast you renew becomes the whole game.
Your own identity, energy, and decision-making. The load-bearing wall itself.
A senior team that genuinely carries responsibility with you, instead of routing it all back to your desk.
A culture that holds the standard when you are not in the room.
Coaching with me is the ME work. You cannot build a team or a culture with more capacity than you have yourself.
I keep this practice deliberately small, and it is not for everyone. It works best if most of this is true:
Request a conversation“I have watched Tracey read a room of senior people under real pressure and know exactly where the tension actually sits. She holds leaders to a standard, and she does it with enough warmth that they thank her for it afterwards.”
“Working with Tracey moved our focus from me to we. The conversations stopped being about individual performance and started being about how the team carries the load together. That shift outlasted the program.”
Engagements typically run six to twelve months, through three stages.
A structured capacity baseline. We look at your energy, your decision load, how much the business leans on you, and the gap between how it runs now and how it should. It ends with an honest written picture, not a vibe.
Regular private sessions. Walking sessions where geography allows. Real decisions worked in real time, not hypothetical case studies pulled from a textbook.
We pressure-test the changes against real conditions, close the measurement loop against your baseline, and map the next layer of work.
Coaching is private by design. That privacy is what makes the honesty possible. But somewhere in the work, most leaders find themselves wanting one more thing: the company of people carrying equivalent weight. A room where nobody needs the context explained.
Higher Ground is that room. Eight days in Hoi An, Vietnam. Twelve women founders and senior leaders, each carrying something real, in a room where no one is above or below anyone else. Built on the same evidence base as this coaching, far enough away to think clearly, structured enough to come home with a plan you genuinely want to lead toward.

And when the conversation turns from you to your team, the work moves to Impact Adventures: building capacity in your senior team, informed by what we have already worked through together. From ME, to WE, to US.
Explore the team programs →I take on new clients by conversation, not by checkout. We talk for forty five minutes. You tell me the truth about where things are. I tell you honestly whether I am the right person, and if I am not, I will point you toward someone who is. No pitch deck. No pressure.
You have already proved you can carry it alone. The next thing worth proving is that you do not have to.
